Ceremony & Reception: The ceremony and reception will take place on Saturday, July 31st at the Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel and Conference Center in Syracuse, NY. The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm in the Comstock Ballroom. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to allow time for parking and seating. There is complimentary parking in the hotel’s parking garage for guests of the wedding who are not staying overnight at the hotel. Guests who are staying at the hotel should plan on paying a reduced fee when leaving the garage. The reception will begin immediately after the ceremony starting with a cocktail hour in the lobby outside the reception location, the Regency Ballroom. We are providing an open bar and there will be a buffet-style dinner. We ask that the ceremony and reception be adults only. Accomodations: We have blocked off rooms at the Sheraton for those guests who wish to stay overnight. The hotel is offering our guests a discounted rate of $139 per night. Because the rooms may go quickly, please call the hotel and make your reservation as soon as possible. The deadline to reserve a room is June 30th, 2010. In order to get the discounted rate, please tell them that you are a guest of the Pristash/Sothard wedding. For those who wish to stay in a different hotel, there are several options.
